Giving Realty is a locally owned brokerage focused on serving real estate buyers and sellers in Omaha, Nebraska. We are different from other agency’s in our industry–we put our money where our mouth is and pride ourselves as being catalysts for good in our community. 

As a boutique realty company, we strive to be less like a big box store and more like a corner bakery. Our clients aren’t referred to as “leads” and we don’t count our success by “transactions” and “deals”. We work with people and our services are focused on helping them achieve their goals while supporting our greater community.

  • We believe presentation matters. That’s why we offer free staging and photography on all listings, vacant or occupied, to help your home stand out, sell faster and for more money.

  • We donate 10% of our commissions to a local nonprofit of our client’s choice. When you work with us, your real estate transaction becomes a chance to give back and make a difference in the community.

  • We believe real estate is a service, not a sales job. We prioritize long-term relationships, honest guidance, and doing what's right over simply closing the deal.
