We do not charge higher commissions because of our donations. Each commission is on an individual basis and determined by the agent and situation. We believe in supporting ourr community and the amazing work that the non-profits do here but that does not come at the expense of our clients. 

Each client chooses the local non-profit for the donation. Our only requirements are that the organization is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in good standing in Nebraska. All donations are given from Giving Realty and our agents but the donation is in the name of the client. Any benefit from the donation is directed to the client. We all get to share in the experience and that our support is making a difference in our community.
