After years as educators, we made the leap into real estate with a desire to serve others in a new way. Finding a values-aligned brokerage was key—and when we discovered the generosity-driven model at Giving Realty, we knew it was the perfect fit. This unique approach builds giving right into the business, benefiting both clients and local nonprofits.
With 15 years of combined teaching experience, we bring strong communication, organization, and relationship skills to every transaction. Our background shapes the way we work: clear guidance, effective communication, and a love for a good checklist help make the process as smooth as possible.
We serve every client as a team, sharing our commission 50/50 to deliver attentive, high-level service. Our sellers enjoy free professional staging, photography, and marketing, and all our clients benefit from our strategic mindset, eye for detail, and strong negotiating skills – along with deep knowledge of the Omaha/Bellevue/Papillion market.
